How We Choose Who We Work With
We don't list every contractor who puts a hand up. Before a provider joins us, we check a few things that actually matter to you as a homeowner.
- Current public liability insurance. Concrete work on residential properties carries real risk. We only work with contractors who carry appropriate coverage.
- Response time. Our partners commit to contacting you within one business day of your enquiry. You shouldn't be waiting four days to find out if someone's even available.
- Customer feedback. We look at reviews and, where possible, follow up on completed jobs. A pattern of complaints about communication or finish quality is a reason to move on from a provider.
These aren't one-time checks. If a provider's standards slip, they stop receiving referrals from us.

- A commitment to seeing the job through properly. If something's not right, they're expected to address it.
What We Don't Do
We don't pour concrete. We don't project-manage your job or supervise the crew on site. Once we've connected you with a contractor and you've agreed to proceed, the work relationship is between you and them. We're the introduction, not the middleman in the job itself.
What we do is make sure that introduction is worth your time.
